Mercury Networks is committed to helping its customers
receive quality products that are delivered with added value. When products are
purchased on the grey market, rather than through us, we cannot guarantee the
source and quality of those products.
What is the Grey Market?
- If Cisco cannot verify the source or quality of grey-market equipment,
there may be no guarantee of its product configuration. It may also contain
counterfeit or third-party components, resulting in increased risk to the
customer's network.
- Cisco products purchased through unauthorized channels may not be
entitled to Cisco service and warranty support.
- Cisco software licenses on grey-market equipment do not transfer,
exposing customers to software licensing issues, including paying for a
software relicense.
