When products are purchased on the grey market, rather than through us, we cannot guarantee the source and quality of those products.

What is the Grey Market?

• If Cisco cannot verify the source or quality of grey-market equipment, there is no guarantee of its configuration. It may also contain counterfeit or third-party components, resulting in increased risk to customer's network.
• Cisco products purchased through unauthorized channels may not be entitled to Cisco service and warranty support.
• Cisco software licenses on grey-market equipment do not transfer, exposing customers to software licensing issues, including paying for a software relicense.
