• Custom SNMP or ICMP monitoring of all pertinent interfaces
• Nightly router backups to ensure availability of current configurations
• Interface error checking to detect network degradation
• Packet drop checking
• Comprehensive monthly reports - summarizing all outages, interface errors, dropped packets and logged alerts.

Pricing Plan:

• 24.95 per month (per monitored router)
• One time $75 setup fee

Restrictions:

• Minimum one year contract
• Static IP assignment
• Cisco Router required for Interface Error Checks
• Cisco Router required for Drop Errors
• Cisco Router required for Backups
